RICHARD MARSHALL

Tax Director

Richard joined Merry Mullen in March 2023 as Tax Director and is responsible for leading our Tax Team with the provision of tax planning and compliance services to domestic and international clients.

Richard is a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA), with more than 20 years’ experience advising individuals and businesses across all taxes.

Prior to joining Merry Mullen, Richard worked for RSM, BDO, Contracting PLUS and Crowe where he gained experience advising entrepreneurs, professionals, owner-managed businesses, pilots, sportspeople, SME’s and Family Businesses on their tax planning and compliance needs. In addition, Richard has considerable expertise assisting individuals and businesses with global mobility (cross border tax and social security) and employment tax (tax efficient pay structures, taxable benefits, share based remuneration etc.) related issues, and dealing with Revenue Interventions and Investigations.
